The Home Care Agent will provide inspections bi-monthly
unless required more frequently by homeowner. Once a
month a written report will be prepared for the
homeowner. The report will outline any problem areas or
items of concern. However, if an item needs immediate
attention the Home Care Agent will contact homeowner
promptly to discuss problem and suggested options. If item
is covered by an existing service contract (Landscaping, Air
Conditioning, Plumbing….) the service provider will be
contacted to assess the situation and prepare estimate if
necessary. During inspections Agent will report on the
following items:

Cleanliness, general condition, lighting, all plumbing
looking for leaks, all appliances to verify correct
operation, air condition operation to confirm temperature
is accurate and not too humid, security check of all
windows/doors and security system if one, all
doors/windows and other openings along with ceilings to
detect any water intrusion, and pest intrusion.
Exterior (to include, but not limited to)
Cleanliness, general condition, landscaping being
maintained, screening damage or pulling, all exterior
walls, lighting, and pool cleanliness and operation if
applicable.
Home Care Agent will act as a key holder to oversee
deliveries, provide access for scheduled routine
maintenance or any additional contractual work being
performed.
Home Care Agent will keep track of homeowner usage and
arrange for cleaning, trash removal, and additional items
homeowner may request. Additional services such as
grocery delivery may be requested for additional charges.
